Please read these terms carefully. They govern custom metal fabrication services, progressive stamping mold design, raw alloy specifications, and OEM/ODM engineering collaborations with JuDuo Metals.
All high-cycle custom progressive stamping molds, custom dies, and engineering tools created by JuDuo Metals remain the operational property of the manufacturing department unless a tooling ownership buyout transfer is explicitly executed. All designs, 3D CAD files, and structural profiles submitted by clients are protected under active trade confidentiality.
We strictly adhere to specified raw alloy criteria, including SUS304/SUS316/SUS430 stainless steel grade selections, high-durability cold-rolled carbon steel, and specialized aluminum. Custom parts are stamped with high-cycle precision tolerances conforming strictly to international standards (+/- 0.05mm for regular stampings and +/- 0.02mm for premium toolings). Any tolerance modifications must be documented in approved engineering blueprints.
An official project quotation is active for up to 30 calendar days due to worldwide raw metal cost variations. Production schedules and shipping timelines begin only upon receipt of official signed sample approval and the down-payment deposit as certified inside our commercial agreements. All physical batches undergo strict ISO 9001 quality auditing.
Any manufacturing discrepancies, batch structure defects, or delivery errors must be submitted to the JuDuo Quality Assurance department within 15 days of dispatch receiving. Upon validation (via material tensile and dimension inspection), we will execute expedited replacement mold runs or stamped parts replacement loops free of charge.
