Yes. You may send us a sample, sketch, reference dimensions, or basic technical requirements for an initial review. Our team can discuss material selection, manufacturing processes, tooling, and production feasibility with you. Final production normally requires an approved drawing or confirmed sample.

Yes. We support custom stamping die development based on the part design, material, tolerances, and expected production quantity. Tooling cost, development time, ownership, maintenance, and storage arrangements will be confirmed before the project begins.

Available tolerances depend on the material, thickness, part dimensions, geometry, tooling, and manufacturing process. We review each drawing before quotation and confirm whether the specified tolerances are practical for production. Critical dimensions should be clearly identified on the drawing.

Our equipment includes 40T–250T stamping and forming presses, 3000W and 800W laser cutting machines, 60T–110T press brakes, a CNC turret punch press, robotic welding equipment, automatic riveting and tapping machines, robotic arms, and polishing machines.

Yes. Packaging can be planned according to the part size, surface condition, quantity, and transportation method. Export packaging, shipping terms, and logistics arrangements will be discussed and confirmed for each order.
